Ticket purchase and delivery

Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The ticket serves as proof of your purchase and must be presented on arrival — either digitally or in printed form.

Please check that the information on the ticket is correct. If you have not received your ticket shortly after purchase, we recommend that you first check the folder for unwanted email. If the ticket is still not received, please contact CLAY Ceramics Museum Denmark.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT where required by applicable law.

CLAY Keramikmuseum Denmark reserves the right to price and typographical errors. In case of obvious errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Payment

Payment is made via a secure, encrypted payment solution.

Right of withdrawal

There is no 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for events with a specific date or time, see Section 18 (2) (12) of the Consumer Contracts Act.

Cancellation of tickets

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to four days prior to the start of the event. After that, the ticket price will not be refunded.

Tickets are non-refundable in case of illness, no-show or other circumstances on the participant's side.

Tickets may be handed over to another person unless otherwise stated in the event description.

If CLAY cancels

If CLAY Keramikmuseum Danmark cancels an event, all ticket buyers will be contacted as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation, the full fare will be refunded.

If the event is moved to a new date, you can choose to keep your ticket for the new date or have the ticket price refunded.

Changes

CLAY Keramikmuseum Danmark reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program, content, duration, venue or contributors. As a rule, such changes do not give the right to a refund as long as the overall nature of the arrangement is preserved.

Practical information

We recommend that you show up no later than 5 minutes before the start of the event.

The ticket must be presented digitally or in printed form upon arrival.

Late attendances cannot be expected to enter if the event has begun.

Responsibility

Participation in events is at your own risk.

CLAY Keramikmuseum Denmark cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property or for personal injury, unless the liability arises from mandatory Danish legislation.

CLAY Keramikmuseum Danmark processes your personal data in connection with ticket purchases in order to be able to complete your order and manage the event.
